LOGOS greenenergy

The concept of a Community Wind Park was first initiated through a study carried out by students of Caledonian University. This study, undertaken in November 2001, initially investigated the viability of a Community Wind Park Co-operative.

The study identified the potential for community Windfarm development in the Castlemilk and Carmunnock area due its geographical location and strong network of community and voluntary organisations.
